Link AI Agency, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands (Dutch Chamber of Commerce / KvK no. 91142873), is the data controller for the personal data collected through our own website and services, as described in this policy.

What data we process
- Contact forms and email: name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message, when you contact us directly.
- WhatsApp Business messages on behalf of clients: when we operate a WhatsApp assistant for a client (the business you, as an end user, are messaging) via the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform, we process the messages sent through that channel. See "WhatsApp Business Platform" below.
- Analytics: technical data about your visit to our website (such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed), collected in as anonymized a form as possible.
- Business data: company name and role, when you communicate with us as a business contact.

Processors we use
To deliver our services we rely on the following processors. We have agreements on confidentiality and security with each party that processes personal data on our behalf.
- Meta: WhatsApp Business Platform and advertising platform
- Google: Google Workspace (email, calendar), Google Analytics, and Google AI models (where used for our AI services)
- Cloudflare: hosting and security for our website
- Resend: email delivery
- GoHighLevel: CRM and lead follow-up
- Anthropic: AI models (Claude) we use in our own and client automations
WhatsApp Business Platform
Link AI Agency acts as a technology provider for clients using the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform. In practice:
- Our client (the business you, as an end user, are messaging on WhatsApp) is the data controller for your data in that conversation.
- Link AI Agency acts as the processor in that relationship: we process messages solely to operate the service for our client (for example, an automated assistant or handoff to a human agent).
- Data we receive via Meta is used only to deliver the agreed service.
- We never sell this data to third parties, and never use it for our own advertising purposes.
- Have a question about how a specific business uses your WhatsApp data? Contact that business directly; they are responsible for handling your request.
Retention
We do not keep data longer than necessary for the purpose of processing: client administration is kept in line with Dutch tax retention requirements (7 years), lead data without follow-up for a maximum of 2 years, and WhatsApp messages we process on behalf of a client are kept for the duration of that client agreement, unless the client requests earlier deletion.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, and port your data, and to object to processing. Send your request to info@linkaiagency.com.
