01 — AI for small businesses

AI for small businesses, no IT department needed

Most small businesses don't have an AI problem. They have a time problem. The question isn't which model is best, but which two hours a week you win back and what that's worth paying.

This page is for anyone who has nothing in place yet and wants to know where to start.

Four places where it usually pays off

02 — Starting points
01

Your phone and WhatsApp

Often the fastest payback, because every missed call is money. See AI customer service.

02

Your lead follow-up

Inquiries that get an answer within a minute instead of the next day.

03

Your admin

Quotes and invoices that are now moved between systems by hand. See AI automation.

04

Your marketing

Content and ads that keep running without anyone sitting down to do it. See AI marketing agency.

Where not to start

03

Don't start with the tool. Most small-business AI projects that stall began with a subscription to something that sounded good at a trade show. Start with the question of which work repeats every week and nobody enjoys.

Don't start with your biggest process either. It's the most expensive to build and the hardest to measure. One small workflow that saves a few hours every week gives you the proof, and the peace of mind, to take the next step.

What it costs is covered in what AI automation costs (in Dutch). How to choose a partner is in our guide to choosing an AI agency (in Dutch).

What you need to get started

04

No IT department and no new software. What you do need: someone who knows how the work runs today, access to the systems you already use and half an hour to walk through it. We handle the rest.

After that call, you know which process we'd tackle, what it costs and when it pays for itself. You get that advice even if you'd rather take it from there yourself.

FAQ

05
Isn't my business too small for AI?

Our smallest clients are one-person businesses. The smaller the team, the more a few hours a week matter.

What does it cost to get started?

A first, clearly scoped project starts at a few thousand euros. The call where we figure out whether that makes sense costs nothing.

Do I have to let people go to make this pay off?

With our clients, the opposite happens: they can take on more work without hiring anyone. The gain is in the growth that would otherwise have waited on new staff.

Do I need to know anything about tech?

No. You need to know how your business works. We translate that into the system.
