Link AI Agency, based in Amsterdam, is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy policy.

What data we process
- Name, email address and phone number (when you contact us or book an appointment)
- Company name and job title (business contacts)
- Content of messages sent via WhatsApp, email or forms
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device, page visits (anonymous, via analytics)

- Responding to your message or request
- Carrying out an agreed assignment
- Improving our website and services
- Complying with a legal obligation (bookkeeping, tax)
How long we keep your data
No longer than necessary for the purpose of the processing — at least 7 years for client records, in line with Dutch tax requirements, and at most 2 years for lead data if there is no follow-up.
Sharing with third parties
We do not share data with third parties unless this is necessary to perform the agreement or to meet a legal obligation. We use trusted processors such as Google Workspace, Cloudflare, Moneybird and WhatsApp Business — all GDPR-compliant.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data. To do so, send an email to michaelmartina@linkaiagency.com. You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Cookies
Our website uses a minimum of cookies — only what is needed for functionality and anonymized analytics. We do not track individual users and we do not sell data to third parties.
Functional cookies
Necessary for the site to work properly. No consent required.
Analytics cookies
We use privacy-friendly analytics to measure page visits anonymously. No personal data, no profiles, no ad tracking.
Marketing cookies
For our WhatsApp Assist and ad pixels we use Meta Pixel. It is only loaded when you have actively clicked on an ad or complete a conversion. You can manage it through your browser settings.
Terms and conditions
Applicability
These terms apply to all offers, agreements and services of Link AI Agency, based in Amsterdam.
Quotes
Quotes are non-binding and valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless stated otherwise. Prices exclude VAT.
Performance
We carry out our assignments to the best of our knowledge and ability. For SuperSites and AI implementations we work with a fixed delivery time as agreed in the quote.
Payment
Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Late payment incurs the statutory commercial interest.
Intellectual property
Sites, scripts, AI prompts and agents developed by us remain our property until the agreement has been paid in full. After that, the client receives a right to use the delivered results.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount of the assignment concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
